Common sense is anything but

My mother told us as children “you can’t teach common sense,” and she was correct. I am now a senior and see all around me the effects of people with zero common sense.

We live in a wonderful country with rules. However, we allow a small segment of our population to cause havoc to our health-care system, and society in general. What will we do when we have no more healthy willing medical staff to run our ICUs?

I don’t have the answer, but I’m sure smarter people than I could figure out some way to move forward without “rewarding” the anti-vaxxed by paying them to receive the shot.

Along with many other people with “common sense,” I don’t see why the world is being held hostage by a minority of misinformed, stubborn or just plain selfish people.
