WILLIAM "BILL" OWCZAR

1933 - 2022

William Bill Owczar passed peacefully, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, November 22, 2022, at the age of 89 with family by his side. Bill is survived by his wife, Isabelle; children, Ron, Kathy (the late John), Karen (Doug), Kim, and Michael (Michelle); sisters, Rose Jernberg of Steinbach, MB, and Anne Kleven of Thunder Bay; his many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his great-great-granddaughter; as well as many nieces and nephews out west. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary; brothers, Joe and John; and son in-law, John. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the sta at the PRHC, especially the Stroke Ward, for their utmost care and compassion. A Celebration of Bill's Life will take place at a later date.
