Miracle workers

The 38th annual CIBC Miracle Day, held on Dec. 7, raised $6 million for children’s charities globally, as CIBC Capital Markets traders and CIBC Wood Gundy investment advisers donated the day’s fees and commissions to help provide kids access to essential support programs and services. Clients, charity partners and celebrity guests – including Mike “Pinball” Clemons, Mira Sorvino, Simple Plan and lots of hockey stars – as well as hosts from Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital joined CIBC in the festivities. Since its inception in 1984, CIBC Miracle Day has taken in more than a quarter-billion dollars.
