Liendo lowers butterfly mark

Josh Liendo lowered his national men’s 100-metre butterfly record twice, while Olympic champion Maggie Mac Neil won the women’s 100 butterfly at the Canadian swim trials. Markham’s Liendo clocked 50.78 in morning heats before knocking that down to 50.36 at Pan Am Sports Centre.
